Dave
CEO & Partner
Dave oversees the day-to-day operations of Legacy Capital Services, guiding the organization with a steady focus on people, process, and long-term impact. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership, along with executive certifications from Harvard, Cornell, and Boston University.
With experience leading both small teams and large, complex organizations across the public and private sectors, Dave brings a practical, disciplined approach to leadership. He is known for building accountable teams, encouraging thoughtful decision-making, and fostering a culture where people are supported and expected to do their best work.
Ryan
Co-Founder & Partner
Ryan’s entrepreneurial journey began while he was a student at San Diego State University, where he launched his first business and laid the foundation for a career built on strategic partnerships and growth. Over the years, he has worked across multiple industries, developing affiliate relationships rooted in trust, performance, and shared success.
Known for his sharp business instincts and ability to see opportunity early, Ryan was recognized by industry leaders in 2014 as one of the most influential strategists in his field. His approach balances innovation with discipline—and always keeps the bigger picture in focus.
Elly
Vice President of Operations
Elly oversees day-to-day operations at Legacy Capital Services, ensuring teams, systems, and processes work together smoothly as the organization grows. With more than 10 years of experience in operational leadership, she focuses on building structure and alignment that lead to consistent, client-first outcomes.
Known for her thoughtful, people-focused leadership style, Elly excels at scaling operations while developing strong leaders across departments. A Los Angeles native, she enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and making lasting memories with her family.
Jason
Director of Accounting
Jason leads accounting operations with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and smart use of technology. With more than 25 years of experience across corporate treasury, FinTech, and high-growth organizations, he brings a steady, strategic perspective to complex financial environments.
Jason’s leadership style is practical and people-centered. He believes strong culture and clear communication are essential to doing great work and serving clients well. Outside of work, he enjoys off-road racing, skiing, boating, camping, and traveling with family and friends.
Robert
Client Care Director
Robert oversees the performance and operations of the Client Care department, with a strong focus on employee engagement and delivering a high-touch client experience. With over 20 years of experience leading large contact center operations across retail and hospitality, he brings a deep understanding of service at scale.
A UC Berkeley graduate, Robert leads with a people-first mindset and a relentless focus on the client experience as the driver behind every decision. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and exploring new places.
Michael
Client Care Manager
Michael leads client care operations at Legacy Capital Services, overseeing the teams that work directly with clients and shaping the overall customer experience. With nearly 25 years of contact center experience and more than a decade in leadership roles, he brings a calm, thoughtful approach to complex client needs.
Before joining Legacy, Michael spent over 20 years with a major logistics company. A Las Vegas native, he enjoys spending time with his family, hiking outdoors, and football season—especially when the 49ers are playing.
Abbas
Documents Manager
Abbas oversees legal document handling, quality control, and compliance, ensuring creditor and client communications are accurate, timely, and handled with care. With more than three years in the debt resolution and financial services industry, he plays a key role in keeping complex processes clear and reliable.
Promoted early into a leadership role, Abbas has helped develop workflows and improve operational efficiency in a startup environment. Originally from Bloomfield, New Jersey, he enjoys traveling, exploring new cities, and discovering great food spots.
John
Training Manager
John curates and leads training programs that support employee growth and performance across the organization. With over 10 years of experience in learning and development, he focuses on practical, engaging programs that help teams succeed.
Known for fostering a positive, high-accountability learning culture, John believes progress starts with putting in the work. Originally from Clarksville, Tennessee, he enjoys great food, time outdoors, tennis, and video games.
Martin
Senior Infrastructure Architect
Martin designs and manages the technology infrastructure that supports Legacy Capital Services, specializing in AWS cloud systems, data pipelines, monitoring architecture, and AI/ML integrations with Salesforce. With more than a decade of experience in automation and cloud engineering, he focuses on building scalable systems that empower teams.
His background includes developing NCAA scheduling algorithms and leading a multi-million-dollar analytics team at a major real estate investment firm. Originally from Marshfield, Wisconsin, Martin enjoys playing guitar and volleyball, hiking, and gaming.
Jesse
Information Technology
Jesse is responsible for safeguarding the company’s network and data systems, with a focus on security, reliability, and integrity. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and brings more than 30 years of experience to his role.
Known for his methodical and proactive approach, Jesse ensures the systems teams rely on remain secure and resilient. Fun fact: he achieved his highest Galaga score—680,000—at age 16.
Donovan
Marketing
Donovan leads marketing efforts at Legacy Capital Services, blending strategy, creativity, and storytelling to build trust and engagement. Before joining the team, he spent more than a decade with organizations including NPR, Marriott, and MINI USA—earning MINI’s highest honor for brand representation.
His work favors clarity over hype and personality over polish, often using humor and thoughtful disruption to cut through the noise. He believes strong brands are built by being human, consistent, and honest.
Rose
Accounting
Rose supports the accounting function with care, consistency, and attention to detail. Born and raised in Las Vegas, she holds degrees from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and the University of Phoenix.
A devoted wife and mother of two, Rose enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.
Alejandra
Accounts Payable
Alejandra manages accounts payable with precision and organization, helping keep daily operations running smoothly. Originally from Jerez, Zacatecas, she brings both technical skill and a vibrant personality to her role.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her baby, relaxing in a hammock, and getting lost in a good book or podcast.
Shavonda
Assistant Corporate Trainer
Shavonda supports interviews, quality assurance, and new hire training, helping new team members feel confident and welcomed from day one. She is known for her warmth, enthusiasm, and ability to connect with people while maintaining high standards.
A proud owner of three French bulldogs, Shavonda is guided by kindness and a belief in living without regrets—bringing positivity and compassion into both training and team culture.
